This update describes the status of the CMP as of July, 2010. In summary, the April 2010 Quarterly Report has been posted, field sampling was completed for the July 2010 event on July 17, 2010, and laboratory analysis is ongoing for this event. The July 2010 Sampling Event was the 24th operational event and the 46th quarterly event overall.

Field

Field sampling began July 12, 2010 and ended July 17, 2010. The next sampling event is tentatively scheduled to commence in early-Oct, 2010.

Laboratory Analysis

Analysis is ongoing for the July, 2010 samples.

Perimeter Monitoring Network

PMN air sampling has ended for the July, 2010 Sampling Event and validated results will be reported in the July Quarterly Report.

PMN air sampling for the October, 2010 Sampling Event has commenced.

Data Validation

PMN air data packages for the July, 2010 Sampling Event are being prepared for validation.

Data packages with the July, 2010 non-air sample results will be validated after analysis is complete.

Reports Under Preparation

The July, 2010 Quarterly Report will be prepared once validation is completed.

Reports Submitted to Oregon Department of Environmental Quality.

The April, 2010 Quarterly Report was submitted to the DEQ in early July, 2010.

Public Presentations

There have been no new public presentations.

In summary, the January 2010 Quarterly Report has been posted, field sampling was completed for the April 2010 event on April 8, 2010, and laboratory analysis is ongoing for this event. The April 2010 Sampling Event was the 23rd operational event and the 45th quarterly event overall.

Field sampling began April 5, 2010 and ended April 8, 2010. The next sampling event is tentatively scheduled to commence in mid-July, 2010.

In summary, the October 2009 Quarterly Report has been posted, field sampling was completed for the January 2010 event on January 15, 2010, and laboratory analysis is ongoing for this event. The January 2010 sampling event was the 22nd operational event and the 44th quarterly event overall.

Field sampling began January 11, 2010 and ended January 15, 2010. The next sampling event is tentatively scheduled to commence in mid-April, 2010.

Analysis is ongoing for the January, 2010 samples.
