Baseline Reports (return to top)

• The baseline monitoring phase ended when surrogate treatment operations began on July 30, 2002.  This date marked the transition from the baseline monitoring phase to the operational monitoring phase.  All subsequent events are considered operational monitoring events and analytical results are compared to the baseline threshold values.  These baseline threshold values are published in the Baseline Threshold Report, February, 2003, which was provided to the DEQ
